On the morning of January 25, 2024, Mr. Zhang Yang General, Manager of CCFT Holdings Pte., Ltd. (referred to as “our company”), was invited to visit the headquarter of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences Group Co.,Ltd.(referred to as “China Academy of Agri-Mechanization Group”) for the purpose of promoting the preparation of our oversea oil processing plant. Ms. Hu Shuzhen General Manager of China Academy of Agri-Mechanization Group accompanied by their chief engineer Yan Xuefeng and director of second engineering department Xu Changrong, warmly receipted our delegation.
Established in 1956, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences Group Co.,Ltd. is affiliated to China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach) which is one of the world's top 500 enterprises, with business covering innovation and services, high-end equipment, and agricultural engineering.
At the meeting, Ms. Hu Shuzhen introduced the historical development and current status of China Academy of Agri-Mechanization Group in detail for our company, through their classic overseas cooperation projects. Such as their promoting mechanization of teff production in Ethiopia their establishing industrial park in Venezuela for manufacturing of Agricultural machinery and agricultural and sideline products processing equipment and their experimental project which formed joint venture with French for equipment import and industrial upgrading. General Manager Zhang Yang introduced our business scale and current development. He also shared the preliminary conception of our palm oil processing plant in Indonesia. They have consulted the details on plant site selection, construction design, supervision, operating, and evaluation.
This business visit not only deepened our understanding on the procedure and cautions on oversea plant establishing, but also provides valuable experience for generating synergy effect in oversea resources integration. All those understanding and experience will guarantee the efficient construction of our palm oil processing plant in Indonesia. Our company will take this opportunity to enhance cooperation with China Academy of Agri-Mechanization Group and instill new motive power for our overseas market exploitation.
