CCFT Holdings Pte. Ltd., explored Shanghai warehouse with foreign supplier for lactose.

To promote new established lactose business and solve problems in process of transportation, storage and delivery which appeared in our first lot, Ms. Li Hui Director of Operations of CCFT Holdings Pte., Ltd. (referred to as our company) explored our warehouse in shanghai on 28th March 2024, with Mr. Keulen global trade director of PureDairy and Ms. Hu business manager of Milk Specialties Global. Mr. Wei Shuhao and Ms. Feng Tao, business managers of our company, accompanied them for this visit.
Ms. Zheng, manager of the warehouse toured us to the inventory and operating area, and introduced their standards for discharging, labeling, inventory management, forklift operation, loading and delivering. Our delegation has closely observed their daily operations. During the visit, Ms. Li Hui introduced the ocean transportation of this lot of lactose to Mr. Keulen and Ms. Hu. Ms. Feng Tao also detailed our operations and problems raised from delivering this cargo to plant. Regarding to the breakage of the package, all parties discussed the reason and agreed with suggestions on how to avoid such problems and improve the package in future.
This visit deepened our understanding and trust with supplier and producer brand. As both sides enhanced confidence in continuing and in-depth cooperation, a solid foundation was laid for our new stage "hand in hand, win-win cooperation" in the future!
